The admission process is completed through the Études en France platform and includes the following steps:
- Creating your account and selecting programs (up to 7 choices depending on your academic level).
- Preparing your online application: required documents, CV, motivation letters, and language certificates (TCF, DELF, DALF, IELTS, or TOEFL according to the program’s language).
- Validating and submitting your file before the official deadline (DAP or non-DAP depending on your category).
- Academic interview at the Campus France office.
- Receiving admission decisions and confirming your acceptance.
- Applying for the student visa after your admission is validated.

🇩🇪 Germany — via Uni-Assist or direct university application #
- Creating an account on Uni-Assist or on your chosen university’s portal.
- Preparing and submitting your academic documents: transcripts, diplomas, certified translations, and language certificates (TestDaF, DSH, or IELTS/TOEFL for English-taught programs).
- Evaluation and forwarding of your application by Uni-Assist to the selected universities.
- Receiving admission decisions and obtaining your official admission letter.
- Submitting your student visa application and preparing the blocked account, health insurance, and accommodation.
🇺🇸 United States — via CommonApp or university portals #
- Selecting your universities and creating a CommonApp account (or applying through each university’s own portal).
- Submitting a complete application: transcripts, recommendation letters, statement of purpose, language tests (TOEFL, IELTS), and sometimes standardized exams (SAT, ACT, GRE, GMAT).
- Receiving admission decisions usually between March and April.
- Receiving your I-20 form and starting your F-1 visa application.
